Michael Jordan Slam Dunk Contests
Though
Michael Jordan participated in only three Slam Dunk contests, his high-flying heroics and
unprecedented creativity will forever link Michael Jordan to the All-Star Saturday classic. The winner of the
1987 and 1988 Slam Dunk contests and the runner-up in the 1985 competition, Michael Jordan became a crowd favorite at
the Slam Dunk Contests with his tongue-hanging showmanship and free-throw line takeoffs.
